Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez team up as two hitmen charged with abducting the mentally handicapped brother of a federal prosecutor. It's always tough for me to put my finger on why this is so bad, though others certainly have an easy time of it. It's boring, for one thing. Almost all of the film is spent in Affleck's apartment or his convertible. Meanwhile the dialogue draws a bit too heavily from the aspect of PULP FICTION which actually had nothing to do with that film's success: the f-bomb. Oh, and also, did I mention it stars Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez? The film's one saving grace features Al Pacino in a brief cameo in which he chews out the major characters for being complete morons and then shoots them. Frankly I don't see why only Pacino gets to have all the fun.
